This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2113 days in filing the second appeal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Swetha representing Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the respondents. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 2113 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the respondents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
