2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Samivel, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
