This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13477 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court name is wrongly mentioned in the main petition and the same is reflected in the order copy also.

Hence, he has filed amendment petition before this Court and in the meantime, the time granted by this Court to surrender, is expired. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the above submissions, 10 days time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and to comply with the order of this Court.
