3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.B.Mohan, learned counsel takes notice for R1 and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for R2 and they have no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
