The petition has been filed to substitute the respondents No.2 to 5 as legal heirs in the place of deceased first respondent.

Since the application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, the respondents may not have any serious objection for allowing the said petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
