O R D E R

The present application had been taken out by the applicant herein to seek extension of mandate for a further period of three (3) months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to extend the mandate.

3. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of three (3) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
