ORDER

The only ground, on which the petitioners are seeking transfer of the case is that there was threat to his life and liberty from the accused person, during the time of hearing. 2.In my view, such ground cannot be sufficient for transferring the proceedings. If at all the petitioners apprehends that there is threat to their life and liberty, it is always open to them to approach the concerned jurisdictional police seeking for protection during the time of hearing.

3. In the result, the Criminal Original petition and the connected Miscellaneous petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned Jurisdictional police seeking for protection during the time of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hearing in connection with S.C.No.135 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Thiruvallore and on receipt of such a representation, the concerned Jurisdictional Police shall consider it on its own merits and pass an appropriate order, depending on the gravity of the situation.
