The petitioner seeks direction upon second respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of her complaint, dated 27.09.2014. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, petition enquiry was conducted by examining the Managing Director of the Bank and also one Sivaraman, the brother of the petitioner, and the same was also closed.

3. Considering the fact that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed, and a copy of the closure report is also furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

across the bar, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
