This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to register the case and investigate expeditiously, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint statement, dated 3/9/2012 and consequently, direct the first respondent, to summon the second respondent/accused, for the said enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner continues to remain absent.
