ASHA, J., This application is filed seeking to bring on record the respondents 10 to 13 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent viz., Muthu Ganapathy in the above Second Appeal as respondents 10 to 13.

2. Heard Mr.T.Sathyamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.V.Balaji, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, 6 and 7.

3. The learned counsel, who appeared for the respondents 2 to 4, 6 and 7, who are the sons of the deceased Muthu Ganapathy has no objection to bring on record the respondents 10 to 13 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent and as respondents 10 to 13 in the Second Appeal.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

6. In the meanwhile, the appellants shall take steps to serve the respondents 10 to 13 in the Second Appeal by 25.08.2022.

7. Post the Second Appeal on 25.08.2022.
