ORDER

On a complaint lodged by this petitioner, the respondent-Police has registered a case in Crime No.2721 of 2014 for the offences under Section 392 read with 397 IPC and the investigation is in progress. At this juncture, the petitioner has come up with this petition with a prayer for a direction to the respondent-Police to recover the robbed gold ornaments and submit the same before this Court. In the considered opinion of the Court, such a direction cannot be issued under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as it completely falls within the domain of investigation. this petition is closed. The respondent-Police is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2721 of 2014 and take action in accordance with law.
