The petitioner sought issuance of family card through application bearing No. 189/15 dated 22.05.2015, which was followed by a representation ated 30.09.2015. However, the request of the petitioner has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, with regard to the relief sought, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
