The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records in Crime No.11 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent and transfer the same to the file of the third respondent and to investigate the case.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.11/2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur on 13.12.2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.11/2012, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
