The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of his complaint, dated 19.02.2015. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police.

It is seen that earlier, the petitioner has given complaints, pursuant to which, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.Nos.1211 and 1398 of 2014 and were closed. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite parties, in respect of which, even a case is pending. It is also seen in the complaint that the opposite parties have given complaint against the petitioner under Protection of Civil Rights Act, and that case is also pending. While so, in the present complaint, dated 19.02.2015, which has been addressed to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Superintendent of Police, Mylapore, Chennai, it is alleged by the petitioner that the opposite parties had trespassed into his house on 17.02.2015. Hence, respondent/Police is directed to enquire into the complaint, and take further action in accordance with law by following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. The petitioner shall also go in person and co-operate with the investigation and provide sufficient materials to the satisfaction of the respondent/Police for investigation. 4.
With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
