2. The parties have entered into settlement and joint memo of compromise signed by the parties and their respective counsels has also been filed. The said memo is recorded. In terms of the compromise, TOS.No.62 of 2016 is decreed. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree.

3. Since the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat, the entire Court fee paid on the plaint is directed to be refunded to the plaintiff, in view of the Section. 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. 19.07.2019 kkn T.O.S.No. 62 of 2016 http://www.judis.nic.in
