O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to call for the file relating to the charge memo issued in Na.Ka.No.26965/2012/A4, dated 16.03.2013 from the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that in respect of the impugned order, final orders have been passed which is evident from the proceedings in PROC.No.SER.3(3)/19706/2013 issued by the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chennai, on 18.02.2016. Hence, nothing survives in this Petition and the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
