Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Se.Mu. Order R.V.3/5165/2011 dated 28.11.2012 and quash the same as arbitrary illegal unjustifiable and against the principles of natural justice and further direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to refund the sum of Rs.1,40,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Thousand Only) to the petitioner within a specific time frame.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 28.07.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 30.07.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. When the matter was called on 30.07.2021, there was also no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court once again passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 05.08.2021.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 09.08.2021, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
