This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 30.05.2022 passed in Spl.S.C. No.1 of 2019 by the learned Session Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore.

2. Mr.R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
