The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 02.02.2015 and initiate legal action in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 23.03.2015 and during the course of enquiry, it came to light that the petitioner has given money to some other agency and in order to release the same, they have made up a case as if 'job racketing'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Petition is closed as nothing survives in this petition. A copy of the closure report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
