Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents in terms of Section 114 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. Inter alia, the petitioner is also at liberty to seek appropriate interim protection before the respondents. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
