ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer made of the petitioner is for disposal of the representation dated 26.06.2013. The said representation in turn seeks creation of memorial for Vallalar in a particular place, which is now owned by respondent No.4. We are informed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the learned counsel for respondent No.4 that there are other co-owners also.

2. The aforesaid is purely an administrative decision to be taken by the State Government and thus without commenting one way or other on that issue, we call upon the concerned department of the respondents to take a decision on the issues raised in the writ petition, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
