ORDER

The petitioner sought for recognition by making an application on 10.09.2014. As the said request is pending for more than a year, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the application will have to be considered by the second respondent by taking note of G.O.Ms.No.134, School Education Department, dated 18.08.2015.

3. Taking note of the pendency of the application and without going into merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pendency of the application dated 10.09.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing orders, the second respondent will have to consider the scope of the applicability of G.O.Ms.No.134, School Education Department, dated 18.08.2015.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
