This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24104 of 2021 on 14.12.2021 to appear before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
