O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 4 to 6 to accord police protection to fence the Wakf property in Old S.No.21/1, S.No.65 Ward A Block 60, Panrutti measuring an extent of 3 acres and 24 cents based on the representation dated 27.6.2014 made by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
