ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 07.02.2026 before the respondents to release the compensation amount for land acquired in Survey.No.140/2A and Survey No.140/2B1, Mamallapuram Village, Thirukalukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District (previously Kanchipuram District) and also to furnish the land acquisition notice issued by the respondent department and compensation award details for the land in Survey.No.140/2A and Survey No.140/2B1, Mamallapuram Village, Thirukalukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District (previously Kanchipuram District). However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as other aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents, if any demanded by the respondents.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
