This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to C.C.No.214 of 2010 initiated against petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore and pray to quash all further proceeding.
2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter has been referred as 'mistake of fact' in R.C.S.No. 2 of 2006, dated 25.04.2006, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.
