ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 11.07.2014 based on the circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 alleging that a fraud has been committed in registration of documents bearing Document No.5187/2004, 994/2007, 995/2007 on the file of S.R.O. Saidapet. A perusal of the communication sent by the first respondent to the Special Officer, Chief Minister's Special Cell would show that the first respondent has directed the second respondent by proceedings No.2650/U1/14 and 40568/U1/14 to conduct an enquiry.

2. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner is that despite the said communication sent dated 24.10.2014, the second respondent has not acted promptly.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry as directed in the aforesaid proceedings by the first respondent after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
