This matter is listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 08.08.2022, had allowed the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2503 of 2022, by directing the XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the A.S.No.29/2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has addressed a letter dated 08.11.2023 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 08.11.2023 sent by the learned XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said A.S.No.29/2015 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP No.2503 of 2022 dated 08.08.2022.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of four months to the learned XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, to dispose of the A.S.No.29/2015 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
