ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested for the offence under Section 406 & 506(i) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order in the Website. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
