These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8196 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024.

2. It is seen that, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, this Court directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in Crime No.151 of 2024 within a period of two months.

However, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, already the defacto complainant was paid 1,00,000/- as per the condition imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in Crime No.151 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
