This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8544 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
