ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed on 21.07.2025, today, the father of the respondent Mr.R.Palaniappan has filed an affidavit. Though the affidavit deals with various factual details, the undertaking that was required to be given by the respondent's father finds place in paragraph 14 of the said affidavit dated 02.08.2025. The same is extracted hereunder: "I state that despite selling part of my lands to be 1/4

provided to my daughter, the respondent to pay her fees, with due respect to the directions of this Hon'ble Court on 30.07.2025, as her father, I undertake not to sell my properties till the disposal of the suit, though I am not a party in the suit in O.S.No.735 of 2024 on the file of the Additional District Court, Athur."

2. In view of the above, the undertaking of the respondent's father as well as the respondent are recorded.

3. Properties which are belonging to the respondent's father/ respondent shall not be alienated pending disposal of the suit in O.S.No.735 of 2024 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Judge, Athur.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks expedite disposal of the said suit.

5. Considering the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the Additional District Munsif Judge, Athur, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.735 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
