The miscellaneous petition has been filed to raise the above grounds as additional grounds in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. The petitioners are directed to serve the copy of the additional grounds to the counter parties on or before 11.07.2022.

4. The respondents are directed to get instruction or file counter with regard to the additional grounds raised by the petitioners. Post the main case on 13.07.2022 for filing counter.
