These miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the first respondent in CRP.No.3923 of 2016 and the sole respondent in CRP.No.2705 of 2015 to set aside the order dated 31.03.2021 passed in CRP.PD.Nos.2705 of 2015 and 3923 of 2016 for the reason that on the date of hearing of the above civil revision petitions i.e. 31.03.2021, inadvertently their counsel did not see the list. That apart, she has not taken vaccine for covid. Further, her husband also was suffered with Covid-19 and therefore, she could not appear before this Court and this Court allowed both the civil revision petitions. It is further stated that they have got good case to succeed in the civil revision petitions.

2. Considering the above facts, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the orders dated 31.03.2021 passed by this Court in CRP.PD.Nos.2705 of 2015 and 3923 of 2016 are hereby recalled.
