O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Cr.No.5 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and the defacto complainant filed an affidavit stating that they have entered into a joint compromise and recorded the same in writing on 04.12.2017.

3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the 2nd defacto complainant / 2nd respondent have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1.C.Sharan Karthick - TN2020070001862 (Driving License), 2.S.Shanthi - 933015091074, 3.G.Chandra Sekaran - 211290253474, 4.C.Leelavathy - 459367677906, 5.S.Yuvashri Priya - 218259541593 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 18.12.2017 is also filed to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.5 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai..

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Cr.No.5 of 2017 on

the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

6. The Memorandum of Understanding dated 04.12.2017 between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant and the affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 18.12.2017 shall form part of the order. 18.12.2017 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No nmm To 1.The Inspector of Police All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai.
