The application is filed to appoint the third respondent Sathya, W/o.Late Shanmugam, aged about 32 years as the Guardian of Minor Surya, S/o.Late Shanmugam, aged about 16 years, and Minor Mukesh, S/o. Late Shanmugam, aged about 13 years - respondents 4 & 5 herein- to defend the above First Appeal on their behalf.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
