This petition has been filed to amend the offences as Sections 279, 337 and 304 (a) of IPC instead of Sections 279 & 337 of IPC and also amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ulundurpet in Crl.O.P.No.10177 of 2024 dated 25.04.2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition

(7) in Crl.O.P.No.10177 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
