ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner/defacto complainant filed this petition seeking direction to transfer the investigation on the ground that the respondent police have not properly conducting investigation, since one of the person, the 1st accused's son Senthilkumar is a policeman and due to which, the respondent police is not taking any action despite specific allegation made against the petitioner and Senthilkumar, shown as unnamed accused.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent would submit that in this case, investigation came to registered on 23.05.2021, thereafter, the investigation immediately commenced and the case is now at final stage, shortly to file the final report in this case. Apprehension of the petitioner is misplaced and final report is to be filed within one month.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
