Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th Respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Rc.No.21448/2017/M1 dated 27.03.2018 on the basis of the representation dated 23.02.2018 sent by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time fixed by this court. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth Respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Rc.No.21448/2017/M1 dated 27.03.2018, issued by the first respondent on the basis of the representation dated 23.02.2018, sent by the petitioner for compensation.
2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the fourth respondent may be directed to consider the proceedings dated 27.03.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the proceedings issued by the first respondent, dated 27.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
