The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 9 to close down the illegal and hazardous coir fiber and pith block manufacturing unit run by the respondents 10 to 13 at S.F.Nos.113/B1A2 and 113/B1A3, Kappalankarai Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 22.06.2020, 16.09.2020 and 21.09.2020.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 10 to 13 would submit that the respondents 10 to 13 have closed the coir factory in the year 2021 itself. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
