ORDER
(This case has been heard through Video Conference) The petitioner seeks protection for men and materials of the granite unit.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that, since there was a labour issue and the issue was pending conciliation before the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Salem. In the meanwhile, some disturbances had occurred. Hence, the complaint came to be lodged.
3. Now, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that, the issue has been resolved before the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Salem and peace has been restored and there is no apprehension of any damage.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for respondents also confirmed the same.
5. Recording the submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
