Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court, the proceedings of the 1/3

respondent dated 28.06.2023 in compliance of the directions given by this Court on 06.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.32942 of 2022. As seen from the proceedings dated 28.06.2023, final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner. The same is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions.

2. Since the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.32942 of 2022 has been duly complied with by the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition.

3. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
