Crl.M.P.No.6921 of 2016 Crl.R.C.No.204 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This petition is filed to modify the order of this Court dated 08.02.2016 made in CRl.MP.No.1485 of 2015 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakh to the credit of STC.No.10 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Omalur.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent is present and ready to argue the case.

3.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks passed over and again when the matter is called at the end of the list, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel on record.

4.Hence, this petition filed for modification is dismissed for non prosecution.
