This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1253 days in filing the application to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent in the above captioned O.P.

2. Mr.Shanmugam S.A., learned counsel for the respondents 4 & 5 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 4 & 5 has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
