Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Declaration, declaring that the action of the second respondent in setting aside the earlier seniority list issued based on the date of joining of training and revising and re-fixing the seniority list in so far as the petitioner seniority and also the action of the respondents in reverting the petitioner to the post of Balasevikas/Anganwadi worker on the ground that she became junior in the new revised final seniority list dated 19.02.2014 and on the ground that she was wrongly promoted and on the ground that there are no vacancies to accommodate the petitioner, as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner original seniority and also to continue her services in the post of Rural Development Officer (Women) cum supervisor Grade -II, with original seniority, continuity of service and all consequential benefits, award costs.
