Crl.M.P.No.8061 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7742 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7742 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
