Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 23.07.2021 to count the service rendered in probation period from 01.10.1980 to 24.10.1981 and regularize service from 25.10.1981 to 11.03.1982 as qualifying service and consequently direct the second and fourth respondents to release the provident fund due to the petitioner with interest.
