ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.12.2012 passed in WP.No.32413 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Forest) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.12.2012 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 12.02.2016 to that effect.
