ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order of the second respondent dated 16.09.2015 in Na.Ka.No.10180/2015/x.1 and further directs the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Cook Assistant.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the second respondent has appointed the 3rd respondent as Cook Assistant at Panchayat Union Middle School, Pettapalli on 08.07.2015 against law. Aggrieved by the selection of the 3rd respondent, she gave a representation to the first respondent on 19.10.2015, but it was not considered so far.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed the writ petition to quash the order of the second respondent and consequential direction, the petitioner restricts her prayer and she would be satisfied, if a direction is given to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2015.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents.

6. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving opportunity to the 3rd respondent and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
