ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2021 for cancellation of Patta issued in the name of the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the property belongs to the petitioner but the Patta has wrongly issued in the name of the fourth respondent.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission without issuing notice to the respondents by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is also directed to issue appropriate notice to the fourth respondent before passing any order pursuant to the direction of this Court on the representation of the petitioner. No costs.
